The free assessment

The assessment is a 45-minute call. It's free, and no payment details are required to book one. Booking doesn't commit you to buying anything, and it doesn't commit me to taking you on as a client. I work with a few businesses at a time, so I may decline a booking or suggest a better fit elsewhere.

The $50 guarantee

If I finish the assessment call without identifying at least five hours a week you could get back, I send you $50 by gift card or Venmo, your choice. Conditions, so there's nothing to argue about later:

• You need to complete the full call. Cancelling, not showing up, or cutting it short means the guarantee doesn't apply.
• One guarantee per business, not per person.
• You need to answer questions about how your business actually runs. I can't find hours in a business you won't describe.
• I pay within 10 business days of the call.

"Identifying" hours means showing you specific work in your business that could be handled a different way. It isn't a promise that you'll achieve those savings, which depends on what you go on to implement.

The plan

If I prepare a plan for you, it's yours. Use it however you like, including handing it to someone else to build. I keep ownership of the general methods, templates, and know-how I bring to the work, which I use with other clients too.

The plan is my professional opinion based on what you told me on the call. It isn't legal, tax, accounting, financial, or employment advice, and decisions about your business stay yours.

Work beyond the plan

Building any of it is separate work, scoped and priced per project, and covered by its own written agreement. Nothing on this site is an offer of those services at a fixed price.

About AI

This work involves AI systems from providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. Two things worth saying plainly:

• AI output needs a human check. These systems can produce confident answers that are wrong. Anything I set up is built with review in mind, and you're responsible for checking output before it goes to a customer or drives a decision that matters.
• I don't control the providers. Their models, pricing, and terms change, and I can't guarantee their availability.

Where an implementation would send your data to a model provider, I'll tell you which one and what goes to it before it happens.

What's on you

The accuracy of what you tell me, having the right to share any data you share with me, and complying with the laws that apply to your business.

No warranty

The site and the free assessment are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. I don't promise the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Limits on liability

So far as the law allows, Treehous LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this site, the assessment, or the plan. For anything arising out of the free assessment or the plan, total liability is capped at $50. Paid work is governed by its own agreement, which sets its own cap.

Governing law

Nevada law governs these terms. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
